How It Works
Sleep on it! You have 365 nights to try your Nolah mattress and decide if it's a keeper. This gives you plenty of time to break in the bed and feel how it supports your spine, contours to your curves, and cushions your joints. If it's not the right fit, our customer support team will walk you through the hassle-free exchange or return process.
STEP 1:
Order your Nolah mattress and wait for FREE delivery via FedEx.
STEP 2:
Unbox your new mattress. Following the instructions provided, you can set up your bed in just a few minutes. The delivery date is Night 1 of your sleep trial.
STEP 3:
Sleep on your new bed for at least 30 nights, breaking in the mattress and letting your body adjust to the change.
STEP 4:
If, against all expectations, you don't love your Nolah mattress, contact us before Night 365 to initiate the hassle-free return process and a full refund.
